What Happens Next
Every acquisition is different. But our process is always transparent, respectful of your timeline, and built around your needs — not ours.
What Happens Next
Initial Conversation
No obligation. We just listen. Tell us about your business, your goals, and what matters most to you. This is a get-to-know-you conversation — nothing formal, nothing binding.
Getting to Know Your Business
If there's mutual interest, we learn everything we can about your company — operations, financials, team, customers. Everything stays strictly confidential. We sign NDAs before seeing any sensitive information.
Making an Offer
If we're the right fit, we'll present a fair, transparent offer. We work with your advisors to structure a deal that meets your financial goals, your tax situation, and your timeline.
Transition — On Your Terms
You decide how the transition works. Stay involved for a while to train us. Step away completely. Or anything in between. We move at your pace, not ours.
Your Next Chapter
We take it from here — or you stay and grow with us. Either way, your employees keep their jobs, your customers stay served, and your company's name lives on. That's our promise.
Your Exit. Your Way.
Every owner has a different vision for what's next. We're built to accommodate whatever works for you.
Hand Over the Keys and Retire
Ready to step away completely? We'll take it from here. You walk away knowing your employees are cared for and your legacy is in good hands. We'll make sure the transition is smooth for everyone.
Stay Involved, Keep Your Role
Want to keep working but with fresh energy and resources behind you? Keep your title, your office, your team. We handle the heavy lifting — finance, operations, growth — so you can focus on what you love about the business.
Gradual Transition
Train us on your way out. Work alongside us for 6 months, a year, whatever you need. We'll learn everything we can from you before you go, ensuring continuity for your team and customers.

Your Confidentiality is Protected
We understand that discretion is critical. Your employees, customers, and competitors cannot know you're considering a sale until you're ready to tell them. Every conversation, every document, every meeting is handled with absolute confidentiality.
We sign NDAs before seeing any sensitive information, and we never discuss your business with anyone — including brokers, advisors, or other potential buyers — without your explicit permission.
Questions Business Owners Ask Us
What happens to my employees?
Your employees are what makes your business valuable. We invest in your team — retaining key people, developing talent, and creating growth opportunities. We're operators who work alongside your team, not distant investors who send in consultants to cut costs.
Will you change everything I built?
We preserve what works. Before changing anything, we spend months learning why things are the way they are. Every process, every relationship, every ritual exists for a reason. When we do introduce improvements — in technology, processes, or strategy — we do it carefully and collaboratively.
How long does the process take?
Every situation is different, but a typical process takes 3-6 months from first conversation to closing. We move at your pace — never faster than you're comfortable with, and never slower than necessary.
Is this conversation really confidential?
Absolutely. We understand that exploring a sale is a private decision with real implications for your team and your business. We sign NDAs before receiving any sensitive information, and we will never contact your employees, customers, or competitors without your explicit written permission.
I'm not sure I'm ready to sell.
That's completely fine. Many of the best relationships start with a conversation long before a deal is on the table. We'd love to get to know you and your business whenever you're ready — even if that's years from now.
How do you determine what my business is worth?
We use industry comparables, financial analysis, and third-party valuations to arrive at a fair market price. We're transparent about our methodology and work with your advisors to ensure everyone agrees the valuation is reasonable.
Who will run the business after I leave?
We will. James serves as CEO and Thu Ra as COO. We're not hiring a management team and overseeing from a distance — we're rolling up our sleeves and running the business ourselves, every day.
How is this different from private equity?
PE firms acquire multiple companies with a plan to sell them in 3-7 years. We're acquiring one company with a plan to run it permanently. PE firms hire managers; we operate the business ourselves. PE firms answer to outside investors; we answer to ourselves — and to you during the transition.
Ready to Talk?
The best way to understand how we work is to have a conversation. No pressure, no obligation — just a chance to hear your story and see if we might be a fit.
